Recruitment Process
All applicants will undergo a 3-stage recruitment process:
1. CBT Aptitude Test
Computer-based test to assess general reasoning and role-specific knowledge
2. Paper-based Examination
Subject-area exam (for academic roles) or competency-based test (for non-academic roles)
3. Oral Interview
Panel interview assessing communication, expertise, and institutional fitness
Candidates must successfully pass each stage to move to the next.
